One Happy Tenant at The Diamond despite Electricity Challenges

I stay at Ithemba Property - The Diamond building, the past three months have been very painful due to power outages which cost us a lot due to appliances being messed up and food rotting in the fridge and surviving on takeaways for dinner which was damnice expensive.

The unfortunate experience made us question why Ithemba as our landlord can be soo cruel...as to let us suffer like this...

It takes maturity and life experiences to realize that there is no way a business could risk loosing tenants and their reputation intentionally. ..this was way bigger than we assumed. ..

Thanks to Jerkinah our building manager. ...I got to understand that those electricity outages problems were genuinely beyond Ithemba' Property management's control. ..

I learnt to adjust to the situation accordingly as and when electricity comes and goes. Are electricity outages exclusive to our precinct. ..No. ..outages happen throughout Johannesburg as a whole...unfortunately we happen to get them more frequently.

I salute Jerkinah for her professionalism and calm personality even thru the hardest of times. 5 Stars to Jerkinah💞. ..always 👌 And also 5 Stars to the Cleaning Team at The Diamond. ...👌 I wish those who were negatively affected had taken time to get the reality and the truth.
