Not truthful

I was told the building doesn't get loadshedding and right after a paid the deposit of R7330. 30 then I asked to check the unit I will be using, asked again about the loadshedding, the story changed! Now there's loadshedding. The contract includes terms that he didn't tell me about, I refused to sign the lease agreement and asked for my refund... I was told I will get my refund after 30days and it won't be a full R7330. 30 instead it will be R6500. I mean why that much? Lies were sold to me about that building, I haven't signed anything. Please I need my refund and tell your guys not to sell us lies!
