Not the best but okay

I am not the happiest tenant tbh but I guess it was partly my fault, when I moved in i was under the impression that it catered for working class but soon realized it's more of a student res then working class flats, the noise is a constant issue with a building manager that doesnt come to the party when needed.

I did however get good and prompt service from one of the retention officers who worked pretty hard at trying to hear my concerns and try to aid in as best as he could, but unfortunately what I was sold when I initially moved in and what I found are two different things. After a long day at work the last thing you want is to be in a noisy apartment with neighbors who behave as though this is a frat house.
