Not so bad

The Noise issue still has not been addressed, we have security but they are afraid of tenants. we are given noise hours but security does not enforce them, during the day their is noise at night their is noise. so what is the point of having security if thy are afraid of the tenants clearly we are not safe. from example their is a man who sings at the top of his voice and plays loud music most Saturdays they know exactly who it is, they know everyone who sits their because they sit in front of the monitor of he cameras. People know now they buy booze call their friends and security will open the side gate and hey can party, no one will bother them. Ithemba must decide witch direction they taking with their buildings because no person in their right mind paying rent would, renew a lease after living in a place with no peace. We are not saying people must not enjoy themselves, but their is a limit and that's why rules are set, so Ithemba must just enforce their own rules.
