Non respect of tenant

Good day Sir . I'm one of ithemba tenant at Eyethuhouse , I have a problem of non respect of tenant where I'm ranting. Actually, my rental money was R8000 , then I manage to pay R6000 and the switch off my electricity and wifi , few days after the manager come at my door around 8 am she didn't nock but she bang my door to ask for the proof of payment then I did give her , only yesterday I was coming from the parking she saw me on the passage and follow me like I don't know and asked me the finaly proof of deposit, and I told her tomorrow after work I'll proceed to her office and make a payment, then when I arrived at home today I realized that she locked my door ( the open my door went inside , while I was at work and locked ) , I Went to the office make a payment of the following outstanding balance, the take 2 hours while I was waiting for them to open my door the open then door aftet and put the wrong lock now I can't close my door. To be honest I never been face this type of traintment since I been renting in Johannesburg. I don't have electricity, no wifi and I can't locked my door. May you please assist me .
