NOISY WEEKENDS AT ONYX FEATURING THE BUILDING MANAGER
The Noise At Onyx
Guys We Cant Sleep At Onyx, Every Weekend its just speakers blasting. Its Either Mainly At The Rooftop or Downstairs at The Grass Quad But Guys We Really Need Times Where We Can Be Able To Sleep Day Or Night Without Having To Hear Loud Music Blasting EVERY WEEKEND.
Whats Most Crazy Is That The Building Manager Is One That Conducts All The Noise especially at the rooftop. He Is Always There FRIDAY TO SUNDAY and you don’t have anyone to complain to cause He is the One That Bring Loud Speakers.
We Understand The Onyx Is A Youthful Building But Please Reduce The Rooftop Hours or Noise Levels because we can live like this guys. Can something be done

We are in full agreement that these shared spaces should be enjoyed in a manner that is considerate to all occupants of the building. To this end, we have reinforced existing community guidelines and implemented clearer expectations around noise levels, specifically that excessive noise should be avoided after 10:00 PM.
In addition, we are taking further steps to monitor activity in these areas more closely and to ensure that all residents are reminded of their responsibility to be mindful of noise, especially during evening hours. Our goal is to strike a balance between allowing residents to enjoy communal spaces while also preserving the peace and comfort of those within their homes.
Please be assured that we take concerns such as yours seriously and are committed to ongoing improvements where needed. Should you continue to experience any disturbances, we encourage you to report them so that we can address them promptly.
