Noisy Living Environment
I would not recommend this Barlow Park to my worst enemy. The place in general is noisy and the controls to manage noise are not working. Last night feedback from the security officers was that the tenant refuses to keep it down because they were told to keep it down after 10pm. This basically means you will be at the mercy of tenants everyday until 10pm. Everyone and their mother has sound bars big and loud enough to entertain the whole estate and your walls will casually vibrate and there is not a thing anyone is willing to do. Forget peace of mind, forget afternoon naps.

I have sent direct messages to the number provided,I have sent recordings of what my neighbours loud speakers sound like everywhere in my apartment. As I type this message, I am involuntarily listening to my neighbours music. I will continue to advise people to not consider living here. I am mindful that I live with people and noise is inherent but I did not sign up to tolerate my apartment walls and floor vibrating because my neighbours wants to play loud music
