Noisy kids at Metropolitan

The building ( Metropolitan) advertises that there is a play area for kids, but these kids play right in front of your door on the ground floor passage, no one monitors them and worse of all on a weekend they are already making noise as early as 8am right up until 7pm if not much later If you’re studying and need to rest from a long week it’s impossible. The passage on the ground floor is barely being cleaned (I presume cause of the kids that are playing where they are not supposed to....unmonitored as well).

Someone needs to be responsible somehow as a tenant I’m sick and tired of chasing these kids away from my door whom I might add knock and run away, constantly bang the dustbin all day long.
