NOISE - The Diamond

Three months in this place The Diamond and I'm already looking for other places to move out. This place is a joke. There's always loud noises from people or music at odd hours of the night when we're sleeping. The building managers way of resolving this is by sending "messages" only bit there's no action action taken because had there been any action taken about this, there wouldn't be no noise at 2am when some of us are going to work. Some us work the weekends and need to rest. I love the area I hate these useless rules they've put in place that they don't even apply. If it's not an issue with water, it's lights or wifi issues. 3 months in and I'm already tired of The Diamond. I don't know if the building managers and security are scared to formally warn the people that are a nuisance to us. 3 months in and I'm already done with The Diamond. 2:43am, I got woken up by people making noise downstairs. Fix this don't just paste these rules but not apply them!!! FIX IT AND FIX IT NOW!!! 😑😑
