Noise complaints.
The building managers (Karibu) and security guards at the Diamond get paid to sit and do nothing. I’ve been complaining about noise from the same unit snd theu never do anything about. They never answer my calls nor respond to messages on WhatsApp. DO NOT MOVE TO HERE.

Your complaint about your building manager as well as the security guards has been noted.
We at Ithemba do our best to ensure that your needs in relation to the comfortability of your stay are attended to as immediate as possible. As part of house rules on the lease agreement; any tenant who makes noise, especially during noise cut-off time, will face the penalties stipulated on the lease.
The tenant that continues to disturb you will be addressed by management and if this issue persists, you may escalate the matter further directly to our offices.
