Noise and no water

Purchase place building management is not on par.We have gone without running water for two weeks. What made it worse was the not communicating and R10 of the water bill at the end of the month.Which is strange because we are certainly not paying R20 for water.

Thursday to Sunday there is a lot of cars parked outside the building blasting music so loud the windows at my apartment vibtate till 6am so if you stay here and work or want to sleep on weekends I suggest you look for a second resting place because management has done nothing about the partie****cept build concrete chairs outside the building to exacerbate the noise levels.

There is a rule to sign up visitors which is fine but if residents must follow the building rules the building must have better living Conditions.

I will not even waste my time complaining because emails go unanswered
