Noise and lound music at the Emerald apartments!
Hi, as I am typing this text, there's too much noise here at the Emerald 5th floor and I reported to Lebo the property manager and he is not responding. This happens every other day and it gets worse over the weekends. Please can the regulations on noise and music be made clear to the tenants? I have a baby who easily gets distracted by noise wen sleeping, i work from home and i from time to time have online meetings and the noise cause disturbance and make me unprofessional. Apart from that, i don't want noise distractions when working or when i need my own peace and quietness. Please can this be handled with the urgency it deserves. Please display the rules and regulations on this outside lifts and at reception, send letters or emails to everyone please. I can't!!

Thank you once again for bringing to light the noise issue that you experienced. We have been advised by yourself and the Building Manager that the noise levels have decreased over the last few weeks.
House Rules have been put up in the building to advise tenants of the appropriate conduct within the building.
