First when you see low rating and lots of bad complains about a specific company don’t take it likely ! They bad for real . Now I’m learning!! How can building manager at The Diamond Ithemba cut off access and other services to the building you staying in while you have an arrangement in place for the specific date to pay rent ! The guards & building mangers give you attitude to gain access to where you paying rent forgetting if there re no tenants they have no job ! Each time a new building manager takes over after ever 6months there is a new law and they all want flex their muscles on you and not help abit but keep sending you on a merry go round to the office and when you send a formal email they take over 2weeks reply you ! Pls if you reading this and thinking on this rating pls know those of us that are here are going thru hell and kindly stay off this business and their properties they rip you
