No response issue
It's always bad service you will receive when trying to call Ithemba, there's always no one to pick up the phone and they pick up the phone still they are no helpful they keep making empty promises, I spoke to Palesa today to follow up on email that I have sent and she said agent dealing my query will respond but still nothing happening, I'm wondering what options I'm I left with if no one is not going to help me
