NO DEPOSIT REFUND AND TERRIBLE PLACE

The experience was terrible; I regret the day I moved in. Maintenance is lacking, and the geyser constantly bursts. Within the span of a month, two tenants, including myself, experienced a geyser burst, resulting in hot water flooding our apartments and damaging some of our belongings. You pay R6900 for one bedroom few months you end up paying +R9K how is not even clear. I would advise you not to take a chance and move to that place and as for the deposit when you leave the place, you will not get it 'FORGET'
