No deposit refund and being ignored by Ithemba properties agents

Ithemba properties is a nonsense of a property leasing company. I was renting a flat at the Onyx, which is one of their buildings. I then moved out of the place at the end on November with all penalties settled and I was informed to expect my deposit refund on the last day of December, and that did not happen. I have called and sent them emails enquiring about what the hell is happening, even today I have not received any feedback from them, no agent is responding to the emails sent to them. This company doesn't take their tenants seriously, I think they should be boycotted. I have been going through their reviews here and I have not seen one which is positive, now what kind of a company is that. I will write everyday on this platform and on their social media pages until I get my refund.
