NIGHTMARE MANAGEMENT!! RUN!!
Never have I received such treatment . This place is really just a nightmare in terms of Management and Communication. The treatment is really bad and concerning .
I recently moved in to Barlow park Lifestyle estate. With the hopes that load shedding and water outages will be a thing of the past , this was a lie . Electricity is only kept on during loadshedding for the shops and buildings that are still under construction while I’m still paying the full estate levy amount.
No one told us that there’s still construction going on and we basically paying for they building expenses with the extra costs that they cannot even care to explain for .
If you were thinking of staying at Barlow park estate? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT !!!! Even any building managed by Ithemba Property JUST RUN AWAY PLEASE and SAVE YOURSELF FROM UNNECESSARY STRESS.
It’s only been one month and I just cannot wait to move from this place .Yoh !
