News Article coming up, with evidence

Lol expecting me to record my neighbours noise with my phone is diabolical and unrealistic. Noise complaints are meant to be managed not outsourced to the person being disturbed.

You guys are so useless. I’ve terminated my lease. I’m going to write an article about your company as I am a journalist at one of the most prominent news outlets.. I have pictures of kids playing by the gas stoves at the diamond when you had the electricity issue, I have spoken to a few tenants as well.I have evidence of your building managers not doing their jobs.

And I don’t want to argue with you guys when it’s time to pay my deposit because trust me, I will go to hell to make sure you act right.

I finally want to show you guys how bad you have been.

Good luck.

Dear Ntombenhle,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing your concerns.

As advised in our previous correspondence, we kindly requested that any noise disturbances be reported at the time they occur. Prompt reporting allows our team to investigate the matter and take appropriate action as swiftly and effectively as possible. Where it was not possible to escalate the issue directly to on-site security, an audio recording could be provided as supporting evidence, enabling noise warnings to be processed in accordance with the lease agreement.

We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and that we have lost you as a tenant. Please be assured that every effort was made to address your concerns as promptly and fairly as possible. Should you remain dissatisfied with how the matters were resolved, or if you believe that the handling of your concerns was not in line with the lease agreement, you are of course within your legal rights to seek independent legal advice to assist you in engaging further with your former landlord.

With regard to your deposit, we trust that it will be processed accordingly. Once all final charges have been concluded, including final water readings and any applicable maintenance costs, any remaining balance due to you will be paid in full into the bank account provided on your notice form.

We appreciate the time you spent as a tenant with us and thank you for your tenancy. We wish you all the very best in your new home.

Sincerely
Ithemba Property
