Never refer anyone to ithemba
I reffered a tenant via an sms link I received from Ithemba, where they claimed that if you refer a tenant you get a referral fee or payment.
I spoke to kulani who assisted my referral with the lease and to my surprise when I enquire he told me my referral had to inform him during the application process that they were reffered, this doesn't make sense to me because the only way they got contact it was because I provided her contact details through their referral link. Till today I haven't received any concrete feed back from the consultant or ithemba.
