My stay at ithemba ptoperty (the onyx)

Ithemba property is bull, the rent goes up like crazy at the onyx building... Honestly i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. There are no tiles, sometimes you don't have hot water. They say don't worry about loadshedding theres generators honestly it goes for 2 months then they cut it and don't use it when there's loadshedding.. If you are a work from home person i recommend u don't go there... When u move out they charge ridiculous amount of money for cleaning and painting. Also when you move out they make sure you don't get your deposit. I lost R6k worth of deposit from them..

The good side is if it wasn't for Lehlohonolo Ramphalile he was the best building manager ever, if you don't understand things he would make it much easier and better to understand.. If you needed things to be taken care of he makes sure it gets fixed on time where wifi problem, electricity problem or anything that you need to be fixed problem. I think he deserve his flowers cause he was the best building manager ever. Hope where ill go get an apartment at the building managers can be as hardworking as he is.. ITHEMBA should be very greatful to have him.
