My month of hell at the Diomond.
The mafia state in the CBD I stayed at the diomond for 1 week and u derstood that I had made the most mistake of my life.
Firstly I was misled by an agent who did not even Inform me that you apply for parking once you start staying at the Diomond.
To my surprise the parking was R500 a month but on their invoice parking was listed at R0.00.
They did not transfer my finger print to allow me to enter the parking and this is after paying R500.00, despite reporting the matter the unprofessional staff did not attend to remedy this situation.
I moved in on the 1st of November 2023 and on the 14th of November 2023 I had sent a vacate notice.
The building is soo lound and walls soo brittle that you can hear your neighbor opening the tap or when they fight in Ams during the week, when they play their music or occasionally when someone hits the walls for some reason or the other.
Upon your exit inspection your charged for oil on the walls although you did not even cook once. Anything to get your money.
They will then charge you your entire deposit as an early termination.
When I left Wayne did my exit inspection so I do not know if he lodged my complaints.
I would not recommend Ithemba even to my worst enemy.

Thank you for your response. If you read reviews which I should have prior to coming there. If Ithemba is committed to giving service they really need to do better than this.
You guys are just in this for money and not service and I refuse to stay in a bad place for a year so that I get my deposit.
I should inform you that if this matter is not resolved amicably I will be taking legal steps.
