My deposit

I sent through my notice on the 28th December 2018 ,moved out on the 1st Feb 2019,building manager at Eyethu house came to my unit a week b4 I vacated ,she said to me the unit was well taken care of and there's no need for even painting it as a result I'll be refunded my full deposit back.The day I moved out she came back again and all of a sudden 1300 is gon be deducted from my deposit for painting the whole unit according to her I asked ,I asked the guy who was painting if he was painting the whole unit and he said no only painting where der wer hookes plugged and some few scratches,that made me question the 1300.I would like to get the reciept for the painting as mu contract states that ,Should i request then ithemba should be able to provide me with proof.Secondly was charged 600 for late moving yet the day I moved I asked as to wat time I should vacate the building the following day and was told by 12pm I was out before 11 yet still charged 600 for late moving...not even B & B would charge that amount for 3 hours.3rdly I was told i will receive my deposit by the 15th ,I kept on calling to ensure my details were captured correctly ,but no1 would assist instead I was brushed off everytime by being told us receive it on the 15th,I called to confirm on the 15th and was told it was processed that morning it should be in by Monday,Monday nothing came,I later went to the office to enquire was told to wait again,19th Feb 2019 still nothing yet,I called 3 times was transferred but my calls all didn't go thru I decide to go to the office ,got the o my to find out apparently I gave wrong banking details ,1stlu I wouldn't give wrong banking details it's my money we talking about here,they probably captured the wrong banking details,i moved into a new place which requires deposit too ,where the hell am i suppose to get that money money whilst ithemba is delaying my pay out??I have to wait for another 15 days ??which I'm not even sure if itl be paid out then ,I don't TRUST ITHEMBA PROPERTIES ANYMORE...So much *****ines.I paid the deposit without hustles,why is it hard to receive it back in the same manner?How does 1 even recommend y'all with such bad experience??
