Moving out tenant

The apartment has its pros and cons. The location is convenient, and the apartment itself is decent. However, there are occasional issues like noise from neighbors from time to time,power outages and water outage (that's out of the properties control) but management usually addresses them in a reasonable time. Overall, it's a fair place to live, depending on what you're looking for
