Moving out ridiculous charges

Ithemba property has the worst building manager at the onxy and they don’t even do anything about it. Lerato chose to charge us for painting halls when we are moving out and when we asked her she said its our responsibility and they charges all tenants for painting halls and shower curtains.

This is the worst experience ever since I started staying at the onxy in 2020. A building manager that has beef with tenant for no reason
