I have and issue with Ithemba property, all they want is to suck money out of you. I asked to transfer from one of their flats to the next. I asked their agents for a 6 months Lease from 01/05/2022 to 30/10/2022. Now that I asked to move out in December they are charging me For early termination (R3,100.00)apparently they put in 12 months for me and they signed the document for me and forged my signature. I do not even recognize the document.

Now I will not get my Deposit because they taking the penalty charge from my Deposit of R3,399.00. It seems they are running a money **** in their offices. Most of the agents are rude and not helpful at all.

I hope I get help for this as what they did is *****

3 months down the line I still don't have my statement and refund?!
It seems you do not even care with my reason for termination. No Sympathy whatsoever
