Ithemba property is running a "promotion". I wasn't aware of. I actually felt like it was a **** because it was presented in a ********* manner. I call the CRM front desk and receive exceptional customer service from Lungisa Mbewu.

She explainand understood my point view. She escalate my inquiry and came back with an answer in less than 10 minutes.
