Makoma Carlton view

I stay at Carlton view and I would love to thank ithemba management for the great exchange of our care taker her name is Makoma. The lady is an angel sent by God. Always makes sure she responds to our concerns in our units..you'll find her downstairs at the reception all the time ready to greet and listen to our concerns. I've since logged maintenance with the previous manager and nothing was done but as soon as I showed makoma she was quick to respond back with her own tools and assisted me. She is the best Carlton view caretaker we've had in years. She must keep up the great work she is doing.
