Lukewarm water at the Diamond every damned day
We always don’t have hot water at the diamond. Nothing ever works in that building.. we can’t shower with lukewarm water but charged for heating every month. I’m seeing some bad reviews regarding the sunninghill collection I knew you guys would F* that up too as soon as you took over. Fix the water at the Diamond and tell your building managers to do their job

We wish to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the recent disruption to the hot water supply at The Diamond.
As previously communicated on the 23rd of September, a scheduled power outage took place on Wednesday, 24th September 2025. Following the restoration of power, unforeseen technical issues arose with the building’s heat pump systems, resulting in a temporary reduction in water temperature.
We are pleased to confirm that the issue has since been fully resolved, and normal hot water service has been reinstated across the building.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and apologize for any discomfort this may have caused.
