**************, lies and unprofessional service
Thokozani blatantly ****, deceived and mislead us upon making our application for a unit at Tower's main jhb CBD. After paying rent we were told we don't qualify for the unit and we must move out immediately, upon reporting to his supervisor Percy he also never gave us a solution and promised us a discount for the month. We asked to make another application but they want us to top up on the money we've already paid, which makes us wonder what happened to the discount he promised... I have all telephonic correspondence and messages between us and them which servers as proof of the deceit and unprofessional service we always received from iThemba because this is not the first time. I'm now left in limbo and basically homeless , without any storage for my furniture.
