Lease fee forfeited for no reason.

was really looking forward to moving in at Purchase Place one of Ithemba properties but l am left extremely disappointed. I paid the lease fee of R650 which l was told was refundable and a rent fee of R3220 but at the last minute we were told that we don't qualify to move in when the agent Craig Hoorn was telling us he's sending the lease agreement which never came. I got the rent refund but he is now saying the lease fee is forfeited for what reasons l don't know. We have been trying to get a refund before December even begun and we're still in the same situation. This is not right and l want my money back which l worked for.
