Lack of professionalism and favouritism.

I reside at one of the Ithemba properties called Purchase place ever since the current building manager took over we have experienced parking problems. She first revoked allocated parking bays and that led to chaos ever since cause you find that cars are more than the available parking spaces as it happened yesterday 04/04/2018. When i arrived at 22:45 i had no space to park my vehicle, i inquired from the security gaurdig the gate about an alternative and he couldn't help. Together with the security guard we went to see the assistant building manager and that's where i was told in a condenscending manner that a vehicle was moved from another parking to the one i' m using because that person is a paying tenant. I was puzzled cause i'm also a paying tenant just like that individual and shouldn't be going up and down in the middle of the night trying to find parking space as this has became a norm at this building (Purchase place). It became clear to me that Purchase place management has preferential treatment for certain individuals at the expense of other tenants, and also lack professionalism when dealing with queries.
