Lack of maintenance
It's 2am now Friday morning.. I am up because of a Rat! That's in my room now. How does a Rat in such a big building enter! Not only that, I was moved to this room because of my previous room had drain problems. It would always flood. I would find my things wet! My Wifi hasn't been working since last year 2023. It's been months now. Clearly I have over stayed my welcome here!
