Kids making noise on at the diamond 4th floor!!!
This is another complaint about the kids at the Diamond 4th floor that keep playing outside our doors, you said you’ll send someone you didn’t when you responded to my last review. The kids are still here! I want a message sent on the app about kids making a noise so that their parents can see!! This is the ghetto omg this is why other buildings don’t want kids!!

Thank you for informing us of the re-occurrence of this incident
Kindly note that our building management team did manage to reprimand those children that were caught playing on the 4th floor. Their parents were warned verbally to stop monitor their children.
As per your request, communication was sent out via the App reminding people in the building about noise levels and children disrupting other tenants.
Should this issue re-occur could you kindly let the building managers of The Diamond know when the children are making noise. Contacting them directly will assist us in being able to give a more instant response to the matter in order for the culprits to be identified and penalized as per the lease agreement.
We trust all is in order.
