ITHEMBA PROPERTY TRUST DEPOSIT *****

Ithemba properties is a money making scheme at the expense of the people who stayed loyal and once called their apartments home. As soon as you move out they do not care about you and they rob you of your deposit. Their website says that tenants should be getting a return on their investments yet they short paid my deposit with R920 , that is almost a thousand Rands. For what? I left the apartment in good condition and even the building manager said everything is fine . someone moved in a day after i left meaning no damage to property and they cannot say they painted in such a short period of time , that would be a lie. I want my money back and i hope other loyal tenants don't experience this. I stayed at Ithemba properties for 3 whole years between 2 buildings. I want my money back and an explanation regarding this large amount deducted after they promise you to invest your rent as per Rental Deposit Law !!
