IThemba Property Trust

DO NOT attempt at staying at any of the IThemba Properties as they sweet talk you into getting an apartment with them but once you in , it's a whole different situation and they are well known for coming up with unnecessary excuses and laws when it comes to paying you back your deposit. They are literally low-key ' **********' they will suck you bit by bit and then ask you to vacate the property just like that !?! If you happen to have not paid your rent in full they switch off your electricity as well as water without following the correct SA rental property laws . Thank God I moved out and to this day they still owe me my deposit money. My lawyer and I have been working on something against them. We will implement very very soon
