Ithemba property *******

I moved into Ithemba Property in 2020 February, I paid my rent on time every month, my lease expired end of February 2021, I notified them as per the agreement of the lease, the charged me R900 for maintenance, which can't understand, the person who to charged me this amount said its for painting the room, yet the room was clean, today I called enquirng about the rest of my deposit, this lady tells me that Ithemba charged me another R900 because I moved out in February , yet my lease expired in February, from R2499 I'm only getting R299, this company is a **** and I will be taking this forward legally, I moved out because they don't care about their tenants, all they want is money.
