ITHEMBA PROPERTY REFUND ME

I have been renting their flats in Wespark, Pretoria West for the past 2months, I paid for the deposit as per their lease agreement, so my lease ended on the 30th of June 2023, I expected to receive my deposit latest 31 of July 2023...i enquired with them about it I am being taken from pillar to post... my last email I told them I was taking them to hello Peter, they then promised to refund the money at the end of August by to date I have received nothing from them... Pls hello Peter help me get my money back because I have learnt that I could either get it or never or they will include unnecessary costs so that even if I get it it will be very very little... Pls help Me
