Ithemba Property (purchase place)

Hi im a tenant af Purchase Place room 910 I am sending this email as a complaint to the Building Manager Busi Dube. My lights were cut off on friday afternoon 12th of may. Busi Dube being the manager has knowledge that we had app**** to pay the remaining amount on the 15th of May. My fridge is soiled my food is ruined. I Did an arrangement, paid for it and still my lights were cut off.

I am honestly disgusted and Appalled by your Purchase Place building manager
