Ithemba Property nonsense

This is the worst property agent. The was no power for over three days, when the tenants called a meeting with the portfolio manager for Carlton View; she came and made promises about a generating being sourced but it never came. They then called the Police, Metro, Private Security with GUNS to come because she was being held against her will. She had agreed infront of everyone, young and old and said she will not will until the generator came...BUT SHE WAS LYING!!! The generator never came!!!!

It just shows how they think of their tenants. Nothing ever gets sorted here, there are rats, roaches, moths the building is very old and dirty. So please, stay away from ithemba!! once my lease ends, am leaving.

The tenants made a list of their demands and Samantha agreed that they will be taken to management and be resolved. Who ever is going to see respond to this, do not even start by blaming CityPower, the issue is Ithemba for not providing alternative power solutions to tenants considering that they see that their power source is an issue. So in your response, indicate how far management is in addressing the issues raised by the tenants.
