Ithemba Property management is Useless and do not care about their Residents

I have been residing at one of their flats for about 11 months now and since then I have never been pleased with their service nor professional conduct. I reside at their Taaibos Flat, Kwaggasrand Pretoria west

1st Incident- I had a problem wit their portable meter box and had to contact them every now and then when i have to recharge my electricity, sometimes i would call at 2pm at work, only to arrive at the flat at 21;20 to a dark place and would have to wait hours before the recharge is done, everyone that I have spoken to was useless including the building manager himself. After a while, the meter box was replced so at least that was sorted

2nd incident- There was a plug on the wall that was destroying electrical appliances in the kitchen, 2 kettles and a microwave got burned, This was reported to them and they kept saying it is not their problem and that it could be due to electricity power cuts, I let that go and just replaces my items, the plug was later replaced.

3rd incident- Due to the fear of storms and looking for an enclosed parking, I requested a garage for parking and that was July 29 2021, I was given a parking garage and had to pay R350.00, which I did for August and waited for it to be opened as was told that they will come and open the garage and that took the whole month of August, I payed the September fee and the garage was not opened yet. Since then they kept on saying they will open the garage, spoke to the Building manager, The head office, and more that 5 other people, Until today 12 JANUARY 2021, the garage is still NOT OPENED. I am now being threatened that they will implement measures to collect the outstanding money by sms, which is the GARAGE payment that I have been Subtracting from September 2021. I feel that the management of this company do not really care about their tenants, as long as they have their pockets filled. I have been sending email to them and even contacted them, they since promised to resolve the matter and I even have whatsapp messages where i was communication with the facility manager , Until Today I have been waiting for this matter to be resolved. No email was responded to, no callk havs been received, no sms communication, except for the threats that i have received. USELESS MANAGEMENT AND THE WHOLE TEAM, except for Kgomotso
