Ithemba property management

I stay in one of the Ithemba property buildings (Towers Main). And honestly speaking the building is good and all, but the managers are just useless people. Whenever you have a problem within the building, you call them, they don't answer their phones, you send a text and nothing, no response. This is disheartening because some of the concerns they affect my livelihood. For example, I work online, and had problems with my WiFi, called manger, sent them texts and the issue wasn't solved and now I have to use my money to pay extra for data, thus affecting my remuneration, but come rent time, they won't be thinking of the inconveniences. Also, when there's loadshedding, there are times where generators don't work, while there's handicapped people who actually use elevators. Parking registration is a problem, fingerprints do not work, and you get at the boom gate, securities take forever to open the gate for you. It is important to remember that we pay expensive rent for the perks that come with living here. It becomes a problem if we do not end up getting what is promised as per agreement.
