Ithemba Property is Great but Building Managers Needs to be Pro-Active

I've been living at Ithemba's building for almost 2 years, with great discounts at the end of the year and received gifts for taking part in their initiatives. The office is very helpful and accommodative when tenants experience any difficulties either with their monthly rental or any official matters. However I cannot say the same with building managers, so ********, sometimes disrespectful, and disregardful to tenants queries or matters. I've logged several calls and never had joy in the service received due to lack of feedback or any action taken to resolve the client's concern, whilst I kept reminding them of the issue. Building managers tarnish the great reputation of Ithemba. If Managers can improve the customer service, Ithemba will truly be "A place called home" and I can give 5 ✨ !!!
