Ithemba Property are ********-They even ****d my signature on their documents!!

I was ****med out of R920 by iThemba as per my last review and I was then contacted by someone saying they will investigate the matter. I then received an email with an attachment from them of my supposed inspection form which they have ****d my signature on it. I never did an inspection with them, I moved out on the 28th of August and the building manager sent Whatsapps confirming that everything is in order and he will charge only fumigation which is R75. these people are truly ******** . For them to **** my signature on a form where no inspection was ever made. On top of that they now saying I owed Utilities for September when I moved out on the 27th of August . I will be laying a formal complaint with the Ombudsman and a ***** case for faking my signature on an formal document.

This is not the first time I have experienced issues with this company. Twice before they sent me statements with incorrect credits then I am the one who must contact them to tell them. Then on top of it they charge me for THEIR ERROR.
