Ithemba property a ****

I'm so disappointed with ithemba property... The building Rand executive in hillbrow Tudhope.... The month of July my water bill has risen in a way I can not imagine... Im expected to pay 2000 Rands just for water when I know we were all not spending time at home... I tried to speak to them through email but instead my electricity was cut off due to the 2000 Rands balance that I don't even know how it got to this amount.... Rumours are all over that this building has issues with water.... We not getting any response they just want money money money.... What a disappointment... I haven't gotten any answers....
