Ithemba properties violates their own lease Agreement

My Experience at ithemba properties was great my stay was good. Until I was suppose had to move out.

Firstly they sent me an email saying I need to avail myself for when they want to do inspections

They sent someone to check my Room at 21:34 and said the room is perfectly fine there's nothing wrong with it. Sent me my rent for the month utilities R133.00

On 29th February I move out. I leave the key at the reception.

Ithemba does an out inspection again without me without calling me. Meaning 2 or three of the sections in their lease agreement did not apply to me.

Then they deduct extra money for utilities they moved from R133 to R984. They deducted R1557 for painting the wall but the wall in the Bedroom was damaged in on one side under the window and in kitchen as well it's something like 6m that needed paint but I was charged 19m that also doesn't correspond with the charges.

And also on the Inspection that was done after I moved in I did flag that there a ventilation issue here in the room The window sweat like crazy and it damages the wall.

I followed up on this Matter put it 3 tickets and went to ithemba office instead am being sent to different people.

I request for the a screenshot of the Call they claimed to have made. They sent screenshot of my number and closed the ticket.

I requested for pictures of the room before the inspection. Instead they recalculated the paint and said they charged me R255 extra and closed the ticket before I could say that anything.

I do have a video I took of my Room before I left it.
