Ithemba Properties- The Diamond
Hell!!! Like any other buildings other Ithemba Properties, we can get generators at The Diamond. Our meat is getting rotten🥹Worst place to be in at this moment.

We are aware of the Power outages affecting the building. We do log calls with City power.
PLEASE NOTE:
The following are measures we put in place when we encounter such issues:
1. We place gas stoves in the reception area for cooking.
2. Tenants may connect and charge their devices at reception.
3. Eyethu Co-Lab workstation is open for tenants use.
4. A fridge is placed at reception for tenants to use during the outage time.
5. The Diamond has a generator that powers up the common arrears like most of our other buildings.
