Ithemba properties ****med me

I now believe ithemba as a whole ****s people, firstly your deposit as a tenant is not put in an interest bearing account, secondly you will never get your full deposit back regardless of everything being left in all good required condition. My current predicament with eyethu is this :my lease was ending I notified them in time I will not be renewing my lease but the person I was staying with wants to continue staying in the flat G38.i was advised by Hoody and Lebo the caretaker which steps to follow .I did all that so I can move my furniture out ,I then waited for my money to be paid back which was paid back 2and half months back and not the full amount, I called for 2 weeks trying to get Oralia who I found to be extremely rude I asked why am i getting R2019 of my deposit and not R3600.i was rudely told that it went for maintenance that I know nothing off . I asked Lebo why am I only finding out now that I am being charged for maintenance that I know nothing about he told me that I was not charged for anything he knows that for sure and he will get back to me which he never did .I then called him back the next day, he then told me that they decided to charge me for maintenance. I asked why cause that flat was never painted when I moved in it was just clean and constantly had to beg for other small items that were missing in the flat and for the big bedroom window to be cleaned which is still dirty up to this day as they failed to clean.he could not answer instead refered me to talk to Velly that never called back. The second issued is my other deposit that they owe me from carlton view that they never paid but decided to blacklist me carlton view 610.i was staying in Truman and they sold the building I was never made aware or notified of that until I was getting kicked out as I was the last person who was left in the building I had to pay for moving cost and the people I had find to help me move as the told that how I move is non of their concern.i was told I cant get my deposit I can choose one of the buildings to move to which I chose Carltonview,they then started pressuring me to top up my deposit as rent was not the same I told to pay it up within a month which I did.much later on I submitted a notice that I will be moving out which Jaqueline told me to submit to her after the specified time I then moved out and awaited for my deposit and still waiting to this day which is almost 4 years later now .to my suprise when I went to carlton view to ask Jaqueline what is going on I found out she was fired and someone else was taking over her position there.she gave me a number to call I did call and the guy I spoke to said he will look into it and get back to me which never happened over a year and half later I got a call from ithemba properties I was being notified that I owe them R285 which I asked what for cause I have not stayed there for a long time and there was no answer to that instead I was told I will be blacklisted if I don't pay that amount , I told them I will not be paying that as they are the ones who owe me my deposit. The guy was surprised and told me he will investigate and contact me which never happened its 4 years later and I am being ****med again by ithemba properties. I will now seek help to sue ithemba if anyone is willing to assist please do .I want all of my money back.anyone who is willing to help here is my email address ***
