Ithemba Properties Management

I was first shown a bachelor medium but I was put into a room dats smaller than what I was shown and when I reported it. They told I will be transferred to another once available and I kept trying to meet with agent so we can sort this out but she kept postponing until I went to the office. Finally they transferred me because I reached out to management (Knowledge) who is in charge of the agents however I got charged extras like transferring money etc.. I disputed that and the new rent amount, Knowledge managed to decrease the rent to be the same as old room but the transferring fee wasn't removed.

Knowledge approved everything on the email but only 1 was resolved, right now my room is peeling paint from the ceiling dirting my bed and room. I also reported that and maintenance guy came painted that small portion but that didn't resolve the issue, reported to building manager and I was told she will sort it out but nothing till today.

I've tried emailing Knowledge so I can see to see him and talk about removing the transferring charges but he is ignoring my emails.

Someone help with the ithemba higher management contact details, someone above the building manager.
