Ithemba properties fail to address tenant parking issues

I am currently renting a flat in Wespark and I have constantly complained about other tenants parking in front of my garage. I have sent official communication via email to the building manager as well as the general manager but nothing is being done about it. I am told to call the security on duty at 06h00 when I want to go to work - who is mostly nowhere to be found at that time of the day anyway. It is such an inconvenience to have to 1. find out who the vehicle parked in front of my garage belongs to, 2. knock on peoples doors at 06h00 in the morning to move their vehicles. It shouldnt be that way in the first place. Ithemba trust has refused to take responsibility for this and fix this either by clamping or issuing warnings. I have had enough of the way things are done at Ithemba
