ITHEMBA properties dishonesty

In 2019 I put in a notice to vacate, then nothing was done. When I check for my deposit on the slip they said am owing for vacating without notification. Fine then in my mind I thought my deposit will cover for that penalty. I was then told am owing more than 9000 by collections agency. When I asked ITHEMBA they said they have handed over 6000. When I check with collections agency.. They are saying they were give over 9000 to collect of which now it stands at over 12k. Unfair treatment when we have to move. I don't dispute the amount of maintenance, water etc. What I dispute is the rental amount that is being charged even though in their system they are saying I vacated on the 5th of the following month. Since May this year I have been sent to left and right without a solution. One staff will tell me this. And another say the other.
